He served the Naval Air Systems
Command and the Naval Sea Systems Command through contractors
for over 25 years with technical knowledge and Program Management that included acquisition,
production management, configuration management, procurement
planning, financial management, requirements development, and
logistic support.
He supported major defense projects such as the SH-60 Seahawk Helicopter, Airborne Minesweeping Counter Measures, AN/UPM-155 Radar Test Set (RTS), AN/UPX-24 Interrogator, OE-120 Antenna GP, HARM AGM-88C, SIDEARM, PHOENIX, and HARPOON missile weapon systems.
